Glamping La Haule

What exactly is glamping?

Glamping is staying in a tent, which meets all modern luxury. It’s a way to experience a completely unique accommodation, without having to sacrifice creature comforts.

The way we travel has changed. We no longer want a generic, one-size-fits-all vacation. We want to explore on our terms and immerse ourselves in local culture. A fusion of glamour and camping, glamping is a way to authentically experience the most awe-inspiring sites in our area.

It’s much more than a nice tent.

Our glamping tent is an WWII General purpose Medium tent of 5 x 10 meter (15 x 30ft), like the soldiers used here after landing at Utah beach and in Ste Mere Eglise.

It has all the luxury you have at home. Kitchen with running water, cooker and refrigerator. A wood burning stove, in case you need it. Of course, the soldiers in 1944 could only dream of this!

The tent is fitted for four people with two bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom has a bunk bed.

It’s ideal for a family with 2 children. BBQ at your disposal. Shower and toilet are in close vicinity of the tent and only to be used by you. The tent is 100% waterproof and has no unpleasent odor.

It’s a self catering accommodation and meals are not included. Bakery, butcher and supermarket are in close vicinity. So are lots of restaurants.

Bedlinnen, quilts and pillows are at your disposal in the tent.

Free WIFI on site. Multi media bluetooth sound tower. Plugin your phone or tablet and connect to your Spotify or Deezer account.

You only have to bring your own towels
